- Tax included.
- All participants are subject to register online in advance or on-site at the venue.
- All presenters are required to register for Early Bird registration in order to secure a presentation.
- Students must upload Student ID card at the time of registration. Students attending onsite are requested to show their student ID card at the onsite registration desk.
- Accompanying person registration will be announced in due course.
Entitlement
Registration fees for Regular Participant and Student includes:
Session participation, Conference kit, Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks
Payment Methods
After registering through congress web site, all payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refund after payment.
VISA Information
Please be careful of visa requirement for travel to Japan under participants own responsibility.
As of July 2026, Japan has taken measures on the visa exemption arrangements for 74 countries /regions.

Once your participation has been accepted as a presenter or an audience, and you are required to obtain visas to enter Japan, please contact ICSTI2027 Secretariat.
In this case, more than one month are required for visa acquisition.
